1. We will ship your orders within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.

2. Once the product is dispatched, the shipping takes 2 – 7 business days to be delivered within India.

3. Within 24 hours of dispatch, the shipment tracking details will be sent to the registered email.

4. We work our best to ensure your delivery is made just on time. However, it is not in our scope for any delays caused by the courier company, but we will definitely help you track down your order through our partnering courier company.

No Refunds or Cancellations: Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please confirm your selections carefully before proceeding to checkout. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or if an incorrect item has been shipped. In such cases, please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery.

Quality Checks & Damaged Products: We conduct thorough quality checks at multiple stages before dispatch to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Return/Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, an unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect product is required. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Customers must initiate the return/exchange themselves, as we do not offer a pickup service. In such cases, courier charges up to ₹120 will be reimbursed by us.

Verification & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will verify its condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will process the exchange or refund within 2–3 business days.

Refund Timeline: After the refund is initiated, the respective bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to process and credit the amount.

Transaction Charges: Refunds are subject to deductions for transaction or payment gateway charges, which may vary based on the payment method used.
